When learning any movement, there’s a lot of emphasis on the beginning and the end and not a lot of focus on the space between those points.
Through practice you quickly realize that it’s when you emphasize perfecting the space between the two points that the movement becomes fluid, easy and even enjoyable.
The space between is the most important part of movement a movement and I believe it’s the most important part of life.
When we focus on the destination and not the process of getting there, we lose many opportunities to experience beauty, connection and a sense of peace.

My name is Cam Novak and I am the owner of The Space Between Media. A business that was birthed out of passion for telling the stories of teachers doing amazing work.
I have a desire to bring more beauty and humanity to the online space and to solve a problem I had as a movement coach “How do I convey who I really am online?”
